Impressive sandstone rock formations, deep gorges, dense forests and gently flowing streams come together to create a unique landscape that you will discover up close during this 2-day Packraft Trail.
Your adventure begins with an exciting packraft trip on the River Sûre. From the water, you experience the green landscape from a completely different perspective. Paddle through peaceful natural surroundings and enjoy the freedom that comes with packrafting.
Then it’s time to put on your hiking boots and explore the Müllerthal on foot. Follow adventurous trails through dense forests, past impressive rock formations and through narrow gorges. Rocky passages and surprising viewpoints make every kilometre a memorable experience.
The combination of hiking and packrafting creates an adventure full of variety. You move through a landscape where forests, rocks, streams and rivers constantly come together. Along the way, you’ll discover places you wouldn’t normally reach and experience nature up close.
Day two brings even more adventure. Head back into nature and follow beautiful and challenging hiking trails through the impressive landscape surrounding the Müllerthal. Rugged rock formations, wooded valleys and narrow passages make for an adventurous hike full of variety.
After the hike, it’s time to get back on the water. With your packraft, you paddle along the Sûre and let the river carry you gently downstream. As you make your way along the river, enjoy one last moment of peace, nature and freedom.

During our 2-day Packraft Trip, you will sail through pristine waters, discover breathtaking views while hiking and experience wilderness in a unique way. This outdoor activity is suitable for sporty participants with a reasonable basic level of fitness. Experience is not required - our guides provide clear instructions. During the tour, there is plenty of time to pause and enjoy the beautiful nature.

Day 1
Your adventure begins on the water! From Dillingen, you hop into your packraft and paddle at a relaxed pace towards Echternach. As you glide along the Sûre, you’ll be surrounded by lush green banks, impressive scenery and the peaceful atmosphere of the river.
But once you leave the water, the next part of your adventure begins. Pack away your packraft, lace up your hiking boots and continue on foot towards our cosy basecamp.
The route takes you through the spectacular landscape of the Mullerthal, with winding forest trails, impressive rock formations and narrow, hidden gorges. Every turn reveals another beautiful part of this unique landscape.
After an amazing day of paddling and hiking, you arrive at the basecamp. Time to settle in, relax and enjoy the memories of the first day of your adventure together.

Day 2
After a hearty breakfast, day two of your adventure begins. Today, you leave the water behind for a while and head into Germany, where the rugged Südeifel Nature Park awaits.
From Dillingen, you set off on an impressive hiking route through a landscape full of contrasts. Expect winding forest trails, imposing rock formations, narrow passages and breathtaking views. The further you go, the deeper you immerse yourself in the wild and mysterious atmosphere of the Südeifel.
After this challenging hike, it’s time to get back on the water. Grab your packraft, step into the river and let the current gently carry you along.
As the landscape slowly passes by, you paddle back towards Dillingen. The perfect way to finish a day filled with hiking, nature and adventure.

Overnight stay at Base-Camp Dillingen
A packraft adventure begins and ends in a place where nature and comfort come together: Base-Camp Dillingen. This atmospheric location, right on the water, is the perfect base for your trip. You don't need to bring anything yourself - rent a fully equipped tent that is already waiting for you upon arrival. Everything is provided: a comfortable mattress, warm sleeping bag, pillow, table, reclining chairs and a light for the evening hours.
Base-Camp Dillingen is located in the middle of nature, far away from the hustle and bustle. You wake up to the soothing sound of the river and start your day overlooking the rippling water. This is where the real outdoor feeling comes to life, without compromising on comfort.
The campsite has all the conveniences you need for a relaxing overnight stay. Whether you arrive after a long day on the water or are about to leave - Dillingen is the place where your adventure meets peace and nature.
